Member Guest Tournament

Dear Member:

It’s time to sign up for the 15th Annual LPGA International Member-Guest Tournament. This year’s tournament is a coed event scheduled to begin on Friday, January 22, 2010 and continue through Sunday, January 24, 2010.

The 2010 Member-Guest will be a thirty-six hole partnership tournament. Each team will consist of one LPGA International Member and their invited guest.

The entry fee for the tournament is $295.00 per team and $395.00 per social member team. The entry includes the golf cart fees, commemorative gift, prizes and social functions. For a separate fee, guests of participants may also join in the social festivities which include the Friday Night Pairings Party, Saturday Night Dinner and the Awards Reception and Brunch. The Awards Reception and Brunch specially prepared by Chef Jesse will be held immediately following the completion of play on Sunday.

The tournament format will be the Best Ball of the two person team on both Saturday and Sunday. Flights will be based on the results of Saturday’s First Round.

Gentlemen will play from the white tee markers; ladies will play from the red tee markers. Should a gentleman have an age plus handicap of 90 or more, he will play from the gold tees.

Prizes will be awarded for the two best gross and net scores in each flight. The overall champions will be determined by the lowest gross and net thirty-six hole score.

Enclosed is an entry form for the tournament. The entry form should be completed and returned to the golf shop no later than 4:00 p.m. on December 29, 2009. Completed entries will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The field for this year’s tournament will be limited to the first 36 teams only.
